1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any report, product or service from BlueprintStrategies.AI / Traffic Data Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are legally enforceable agreements that define the rules for using our services and set out each party’s rights and responsibilities. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of Services and Reports

Our reports consolidate online survey data and are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that the reports will meet your expectations, be error-free, uninterrupted or completely accurate. Election outcomes, ticket allocations, party formations and other political results depend on many factors beyond our control. You should not rely solely on these reports for decision-making.

4. Use and Restrictions

• Reports are for internal use only by the purchaser and may not be resold, shared, published or reused commercially without our express written consent.
• You agree not to use our reports or services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

• All prices are due in full at checkout. We operate a strict no-refund policy. Once a report is delivered, payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Additional services—such as campaign design, engineering win design or election strategy—are available but subject to separate agreements and fees.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our reports and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that any results or information obtained will be accurate or reliable. We are not responsible for hardware, software or services provided by third parties, nor for failures of the internet or telecommunications systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We (including our directors, employees, affiliates and partners) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages—such as lost profits, loss of goodwill or lost data—arising from your use of our reports or services.
• Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service.
• We expressly disavow any responsibility for your electoral outcomes (e.g., winning or losing elections, securing MLA/MP tickets, forming a party, etc.). purchase of a report does not guarantee any political success, and we are not accountable for the results.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueprintStrategies.AI / Traffic Data Analytics, our affiliates, directors, officers and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our reports or services or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. By purchasing our reports, you waive the right to bring claims in any other forum, including foreign or international courts.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Additional Services

Engagements for campaign design, election strategies or other consultancy services will be governed by separate agreements. Please contact us for details.
